WELCOME! To TEAM PROGRESS, the website for Progress employees.
There are two distinctly different but completely intertwined parts of Progress. First, our reason for being, the people entrusted to our care. People with varying degrees of intellectual disabilities, people we are committed to supporting to the very best of our abilities.
The other, our employees, for whom we also care and are committed to supporting in the performance of their jobs AND in their personal lives.
This website has been designed with you in mind to serve both purposes. You are encouraged to explore the site and let us know what additional resources you would like to see made available on this website.

Our next group Open Enrollment will be during the month of October
If you are not currently enrolled in any of these plans, this will be the time to do it. Any changes, additions, cancellations must be done during this time period.
There are a few changes also taking place during this time. The state plan now requires all employees to submit their open enrollent changes online. You should be receiving your login/temp password in the mail during the month of September. I will be assisting everyone with this procedure and we can set up a time for you to come in and access their website through my computer. It is important that anything entered is done correctly, because once submitted you CAN NOT make any changes.
You must still complete the application or cancellation form with me first (Kathy). If you have no changes, you won't have to do ANYTHING. All coverages will remain as they currently stand.

It is vital that as an employee, you share the mission and purpose of Progress with everyone you encounter. From members of your church, to the local grocery store manager where you and the person(s) you support spend money, you must be able to clearly and succinctly state the mission of Progress.
Progress Mission Statement
Progress promotes health, happiness and safety for adults with disabilities and senior adults needing care. We provide staff supports to bridge the gap between limited independence and the realization of the best possible life.
